I am a native New Yorker who was born into a family of southern cooks, all of whom had been farmers , butchered their own meat, milked their own cows, and brewed their moonshine.  You could say we were a family of foodies, who lived by the mantra “eat locally” before it became a catch phrase.

My formal training at Johnson & Wales University and within the industry  with companies like the prestigous Sleepy Hollow Country Club (Westchester,NY),  Fabulous Foods Inc (Armonk NY), Cafe Nuovo (Providence RI), Chardonnays (Cranston RI) &  Rudy’s Inflight Catering (White Plains NY) gave me the techniques, drive, and know how to communicate my vision of health, wellness & flavor to the world. Teaching the importance of health & wellness, in addition to the best cooking methods for healthful living  is at the heart of my passion
